Your Second Visit

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

Reserve approximately 30 to 45 minutes for your second visit, also known as your report of findings.  You will see an 8 minute video prior to your report of findings. The doctor will review with you her/his findings from any examinations and/or x-rays from your initial visit and will answer any questions you may have so you have a good understanding of your condition.  The doctor will also address a plan of care with options for relief, corrective or wellness care.

We recommend that the patient's spouse and/or significant other join them on the second visit so that they will have a better understanding of what is happening with their loved one.

Once everything is reviewed and explained in detail, you will be given options on how you would like us to proceed with your care.  A financial consultation will be presented to you with payment options.  After this is completed, you will then be taken into the treatment room for your first adjustment.

After completing your first adjustment, you will be taken back to the front desk to schedule your future visits.

Dr. Litzinger Asks some important questions of interest to Lakewood residents - Chiropractor Lakewood Dr. Litzinger Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
What happens if you stop chiropractic care when you feel better?
Many Lakewood folks recognize that this predisposes you to a relapse. Chiropractors know that muscles and ligaments supporting the spine don't fully heal until after symptoms subside.
